Ja, kannst du allerdings wirst du danach dein System neukalibrieren (lassen). Neuigkeiten bringt es gar keine, die du merken würdest

Nope, für die Waves gibt es keine Blitzer in D.

The problem is that they use many different dates in the updates, there's the release date, usually shown in the "Peugeot Update" software or the MyPeugeot App (or any other Citroën/DS/Opel/Vauxhall variants) and the date shown in the touchscreen menu, in System Information, after installation, usually the compilation date (but not always).
The first one can change every time they update the certificates (and it happens often), even if all other files are untouched and the UpdateID unchanged - it's the same update but with a different "release" date. That's why I usually use the compilation date - the last 10 digits from the UpdateID is a UNIX timestamp/Epoch time, the number of seconds since 1 January 1970. In the maps update, it's also easier to convert to the TomTom version - https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-…ps-for-navigation-devices - they're actually using. So this one is probably a 1080 version - I'll check this in the Engineering mode.
BTW, the first (other) 8 digits of the UpdateID identify the update type and provider:

And the above information isn't complete. There's also the "ovip-int-firmware-*-capsa" types (Changan PSA Automobiles Co., Ltd.), used in the Chinese DS models. They are different from the "ovip-int-firmware-*-dpca" types (Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroen). But it's very hard to find information about those Chinese versions.
