Das ist bekannterweise nur beim letzten Update des Smeg+ IV2 der Fall, dass die Konfiguration beeinträchtigt wird.
Aber Du hast aber Recht, ich ergänze mal den Hinweis direkt im ersten Beitrag.

Ja, aber nur per Diagbox mit Online Anbindung.
Es gibt jetzt entweder die Möglichkeit, wie hier in diesem Thema beschrieben oder kurz bei einer Vertragswerkstatt vorstellig werden, die können Diagbox anschließen und einen Download der Konfiguration machen, dann ist wieder alles vorhanden.

After upgrade from 6.1 to 6.4 your calibration beging virginised as to many option was changed in SW, you can see in diagbox smeg/download/download identyfication that's the calibration is now 96FFFFFF80 ... and not always with Diagbox online you can restore proper one , especialy in older cars ...
