Android Auto will sich nicht verbinden - RCC3

    nachdem mein Android Auto nicht geht muss ich doch Mal um Hilfe fragen.


    Aktuell installiert ist: 4_084_19.1E027.6

    Theoretisch gehen sollte: 5_096_20.0H022.23


    Beim Versuch zu updaten kommt allerdings: "Kein Update notwendig".


    Ein NAC habe ich allem Anschein nach nicht, daher fällt Navigieren über NAC leider flach.



    Lösungsversuche um AA an's laufen zu bekommen:


    - Anderes USB Kabel

    - Komplettes löschen aller AA Daten auf dem Handy und reinstallieren.

    - Sowohl Bluetooth wie Kabel Variante wurden getestet.


    Was ich auch versuche, AA erkennt das Fahrzeug nicht oder das Fahrzeug das Smartphone nicht, keine Ahnung, geht auf jeden Fall nicht.

    You have a RCC Wave 3 system already with the latest firmware installed (5_096_20.0H022.23).

    In NAC systems you could reinstall the same firmware version, unfortunately in RCC systems you can only upgrade.


    Do you see the Android Auto option in the applications (button with 4 squares) screen?

    Ich habe das gleiche Problem, dass ich noch nicht die 096 Version installiert habe, aber kein mögliches Update angezeigt wird. In der App steht sogar Version null von 01.01.70. Über die my.opel seit über den PC kann man aber die letzte Version downloaden.

    Why it says "version installed" 4_084 then and not 5_096? Or do i misunderstand something?


    And no, it's not showing up in the "app overview".

    I made sure to deactivate USB debugging as well since that was a solution i also read somewhere since that could cause issues. Sadly that didn't help either.

    Was sagt deine Firmwareversion? 0xxA, 0xxC oder 0xxD?

    Because the Majestic API doesn't know your current version 5_096_20.0H022.23- and all software that use that API (MyPeugeot, Peugeot Update and the Mittns Toolbox).

    In the previous screen of that menu, you should see system version "096x".

    BTW, what is that letter "x" (it should be A, B, C or D - the hardware subversion)?

    Also if you see the tooltip of the latest version in my RCC Wave 3 page - https://sites.google.com/view/nac-rcc/system/rcc/wave-3 - you see that all versions (HMI, iMX and V850) are identical to your versions:

    HMI: rcc2022.82.22.16.00

    iMX: x0601048_220427_20.0H022.23

    V850: RCC19_19.1S18.15


    You might have to telecode your RCC to enable AA.

    Is there actually a "B" Version of the RCC? I have never seen such systems.

    There's also the very rare "B" version, without GNSS but with DAB support.

    But only as RCC Wave2? RCC Wave3 does not have GNSS afaik.

    Ich habe jetzt Mal Toyota kontaktiert aber die zieren sich und sind vorsichtig weil anderer Hersteller.

    Aber theoretisch müsste das doch ohne Probleme auch bei denen machbar sein, oder können die da was kaputt machen?

    Mein nächster peugeot Händler ist halt etwas weiter weg und das wird problematisch mit meinen Arbeitszeiten.

    In den Toyotas sind dieselben Systeme verbaut und demnach sollte das absolut kein Problem sein.

    Vermutlich hapert es nur an Wissen.

    Scheint wohl ein gängiges Problem zu sein.

    Peugeot sagte mir schon "da müssen wir mal schauen, keine Ahnung wie lange das dauert, wird halt abgerechnet nach Zeit."


    Nur ohne Ahnung kann man ja lange suchen... 😕

    Okay, wie sich herausgestellt hat kann weder Peugeot noch mein Redmi Handy etwas dafür das es nicht ging - ja ging, es geht nämlich jetzt! ;)


    Woran lag's?

    Nun, im Smartphone auf verbinden gehen bringt nichts, man muss dort in den Einstellungen zuerst "Zuletzt verbundene Autos" auswählen und dann die Option "Neue Autos zu Android Auto hinzufügen" aktivieren, sonst geht nichts. Zwar doof gelöst aber immerhin geht jetzt alles ;)
