BTW there is also an international company Turbo-Tec.
They are specialists for turbochargers repair and they started also to do repairs of the PSA Ad-blue tanks.

Does anyone have some experience with them?

Hello.
I have a problem with my Diagbox and hopefully someone here will be able to find some solution.
I have the full chip diagnostic tool from Aliexpress purchased on November 2020. It worked very well with Diagbox 7.57 (reading/coding). Firmware in the unit was 4.3.2.
In the end of last year I was bored and I tried newer version of Diagbox 9.68 (by Mr. Rorry). It flashed the new firmware 4.3.7 to the tool automatically after Diagbox start.
The Diagbox 9.68 worked ok. I was able to read ecus, erase errors but not coding of course. I have used the 9.68 couple of times without any problem.
Then after a month sitting the box the tool started to have a problem to recognize the car vin and detect any ecu. It says "communication error" for all of them.
I tried the freshly unzipped untouched VM copy of 9.68 - no luck.
I downgraded the firmware to 4.3.2 and tried Diagbox 7.57 - no luck.
It is always the same. Diagbox is not able to detect car vin or any ecu in the car.
PSA interface checker is able to see the tool and I can flash any firmware on it without any problems.
In the past I have seen somewhere on internet that proper version of full chip diagnostic tool has to have one specific resistor soldered. But I cant find this info anymore. I think this resistor is missing on my tool.
Pictures of both sides attached.
Thank you for any help.
Yes, the compact all-in-one solution looks the best.
But my soldering skills are very limited, so I decided to use OBD with cable and DB9 with terminal. I also needed to add 120 ohm resistor and this was also very easy with the terminal.
My set looks like on the picutres below.
I can advise to buy the OBD connector with the preinstalled wiring.
If you buy the MCP2515 with the DB9 connector then also the connector with the terminal is nice. No soldering needed at all.
Last summer I have replaced the front speakers by the Focal speakers from 5008.
The price was around 50€ for piece at the official Peugeot dealer.
The part no. is 9809350880.
It is plug and play solution - the same size, same screws placement and the same connector.
Together with the sound deadening the improvement is significant.
Hello,
there is also the concentrated version of the G33.
1:1 mixture with distilled water for -35°C.
1 liter cost around 9€.
Item no. 1637756080
BTW. Is anyone planning the tutorial how to flush and refill the cooling circuit in 308?
Perfect, thanks. I will of course use the battery wit the same parameters as from the factory - AGM, 70 Ah, 760A
Do you have any reference for this adapter?
I did the conversion last year and this was the way I found back then and it worked well for me (except the lack of space).
Yes. The current CD player cable from SMEG you can remove, it will not work.
You need to buy a new one and click the yellow side in the middle of the adaptor, there is a blank space for it (see the pictures below).
Hi, I did the same thing and yes, additional cable is needed.
Exactly this one: https://de.aliexpress.com/item…WqhW&gatewayAdapt=glo2deu
It is not cheap unfortunately but it will fit perfectly in the middle of the Deplhi connector.
I had a big problem to fit all the cables behind the NAC+CD player. For me it was impossible, there was simply not enough space. I had to break the black adapter connector and plug it in smaller pieces.
Hello, I would like to ask you if any coding is needed after the battery change (as in VW cars).
My battery will need replacement soon (6y old) and I plan to buy Exide AGM and replace it by myself.
I have the Diagbox available but I have not seen the option for battery replacement there.
Thanks a lot.
No problem to share. I ordered exactly this device from "aFlash Buy Automobile Store"
The price last year was more friendly, about 35€.
I have the "S&S deactivation device" from Aliexpress installed for a couple of months and I am very satisfied.
I am able to activate S&S manually but it is always off by default. It works even if the standard S&S deactivation via button is not possible (very cold or very hot outside temperature).
I wish to have solution how to deactivate "smart battery charging"...
Ok. I started to create my own VM installation of Windows + Diagbox.
Hello. After 2 days of unsuccessful googling I would like to ask you if anyone can share a functional download link of Diagbox 7.57 wmware via PM. Thank you a lot.
Very nice job. I will try the same.
Are you able to change the brightness also in NAC?
I have only the footwell lights and the brightness adjustment in NAC does not have any impact on them. I can only turn them on and off.
I am not sure if it was possible to adjust brightness in my old SMEG. I forgot to try it before SMEG>NAC replacement.
I have found the spare cables attached also to the front inner door handles. But my door handles are not illuminated.
The illuminated door handles can be found on ebay for 40€ per piece (no. 98000002VV / 98000003VV) which is a bit expensive.
I will try to connect the same LEDs also to the door handles and I will post a result.
Ok. I will try.
I also removed the steering wheel airbag 2 times already. But I have found very detailed youtube video tutorial before I started.
For headliner nothing is available...
Yes, I have a back seats light. It is a SW version, so the antenna is mounted far at the back of the car.
I am especially afraid of the airbags. It is safe to just remove the A-pillar cover?
