BT communication mic not working

    Hi, a 5008 year 2020 having a problem with telephone communication using Bluetooth, after diag with diagbox the BTA is in fault and the mic is not working; any help will be appreciated. Thank you :)

    if the bta module no longer works, you can connect the dummer plug instead of the bta module, then the microphone will work. but then you don't have any BTA module functions anymore
