I went to an air conditioning repairman, he checked the gas in the circuit, finally it was the gas that was missing.
He looked for where the leak came from, he detected a valve which is on the circuit (the upper valve on the air conditioning pipe visible in the engine). This valve releases gas.
he changed this valve, he filled me up with air to confirm the leak. after a little shot, it's confirmed, and then he filled up with gas, and the problem is solved.

I have already checked all the fuses in the engine compartment (next to the battery on the right side).

The air conditioning of my 308 II T9 does not cool. The outdoor fan does not start.
I want to check the fan fuse but I don't know where it is.
Knowing that once on my old 207, I had the same case, because of a large red fuse which is in the engine compartment, I changed and it started again 
, but on the 308 II I have checked and none of the kind!

Here is the capture of the system information of my SMEG+, I upgraded from version SMEG5.1.E.R2 to the latest version 5.43.A.R2. I made this update hoping to be able to find the GPS navigation function.
You notice the absence of "lighting" on the GPS Navigation button as well as the absence of the line referring to the Map version.
I confirm the presence of the GPS Navigation button on the screen without lighting (desactivated). Moreover, when I enter the cheat code GPSINFO no information is displayed and escapes directly to the main screen. I add that all 308s marketed in Algeria don't have the GPS Navigation function.
Please help to find the GPS Navigation functionality.

are you sure you have the correct hardware revision with flash memory for maps?
The SMEG+ came with the original version, it was 5.1.E.R2, I upgrade to 5.43.A.R2.
How can I check the revision ?
Is there a manipulation to check if there is a flash memory on the motherboard without disassembly ?

I think, the problem is not in the touchscreen, because the Button of GPS Navigation exists, but it's not illuminated (I checked for presence with a flashlight), I believe that's need setting to be configured !

Does the hack manipulation enable GPS Navigation? Or is there another easier way to do it? for example via Cheat Code or diagBox...
I want to know if I have to add additional equipment such as Antenna to have the GPS on my 308's SMEG+.
