What? I read somewhere that someone needed an SD card backup because their card stopped working. So why not back up and help him out.
No need SD backup.
Just put new RAW SD, and use Smeg firmware update on a USB key (MBR, FAT32), this will automatically partition the SD card and copy what is needed.
I connected to the Smeg with telnet (with the 32 GB SD in it), I have access to the Jukebox partition /SDHC:1, this is normal.
Browsing the net, I came across a forum where someone cloned a hard drive to a larger SSD and couldn't boot his system using VxWorks.
I thought that maybe the Smeg accesses the Jukebox using the CHS of the MBR, which will explain that by changing the size of the disk, the LBA-CHS translation is not the same, so the CHS addresses are not more consistent.
I think I found the way the CHS is calculated, I changed it, but unfortunately it doesn't work better.
Can you provide me with the MBR of an 8 GB Smeg SD? (you can use the .img backup if you still have it)

I also changed my Smeg's SD card to a 32go (Sandisk Extreme U3), like many I lost access to the Jukebox.
I tried to :
- reinstall the firmware with the SD in RAW --> the three partitions were created during the installation (JBX ~20Go, USRDATA ~1 or 2Go, MAPS ~7Go), but still no access to the Jukebox
- make a 1:1 clone of the old SD on the new one (so without resizing the last partition), still no access to the Jukebox (!!!)
- make a clone by extending the last partition (and corrected the MBR manually, as well as the boot sectors)
- make a clone by extending the 3 partitions proportionally (and corrected the MBR manually, as well as the boot sectors)
- deactivate the Jukebox with Telnet access, restart the Smeg, then reactivate and restart it
When I put the old SD card back, I have access to the Jukebox again.
I don't really know where to look now, maybe at the level of the CID of the SD card?
Maybe we can get some relevant information with the SPYSTORE cheatcode?
EDIT : I don't know if this is relevant, but the value of the 1BC offset of the boot sector (8D8F) of my clone was changed by the Smeg after removing the 32GB SD (clone 1:1 on it) and reading it on the PC.
