    Richtig, also dranbleiben sowieso.

    Aber dann müssten die sich nur drum kümmern, dass die Fahrgestellnummer funktioniert und Du könntest Dir zumindest das wirklich aktuelle Kartenupdate installieren.


    Notfalls bei PSA/Stellantis melden, die Anbindung läuft ja über die.

    Hallo zusammen,


    was mache ich falsch? Wenn ich mit der Toolbox nach Updates suchen möchte, bekomme ich diese Fehlermeldung,

    also langsam treibt mich Opel in den Wahnsinn mit meinem Update....

    kann mir jemamand den aktuellsten offiziellen Software und Kartenstand sagen????Also langsam ist kein Alkohol auch keine Lösung :see_no_evil_monkey:

    Wir wollten ihnen ursprünglich die Update Dateien per Mail zukommen lassen, allerdings finden wir unter der Fahrgestellnummer zwar das Fahrzeug aber keine aktuelle Software.


    Wir möchten Sie herzlich bitten, die Updates bei einem Opel Fachhändler prüfen und installieren zu lassen.

    Die Autohäuser haben andere bzw. bessere Lösungen um ihnen weiterhelfen zu können.

    Changed the title of the thread from “Mittns Toolbox 2.5.0.0 (Download)” to “Mittns Toolbox 2.5.0.2 (Download)”.

    Die Version 2.5.0.2 steht zum Download bereit und beinhaltet 2 Korrekturen (Roadmap).


    Die neue Version muss von hier heruntergeladen werden, da einer der Korrekturen einen Fehler mit dem automatischen Downloader behebt.

    Guten morgen zusammen, gibts vielleicht ein Problem beim Server heute morgen? Ich kriege ein Code 415 error Auth verification failed + error server connection beim generieren vom license file.

    Und habe ein gelbe ausrufenzeichen neben mein login email adresse. SG

    Dort sollst Du ja auch Deinen Benutzernamen eintragen, nicht Deine Email Adresse. ;)

    hab mir jetzt auch mal die Toolbox runtergeladen und fange jetzt an damit "rumzuspielen". Bin gespannt was man alles machen kann :)

    Hello, I'm new to the forum. Got my Citroen C4 a couple of months ago and went down the rabbit hole of telecoding, firmwares NACs and SMEGs. I've seen Mittns in a couple of forums always with useful info, so when I found the forum I jumped right in.
    I would like to know first of all how is the tool intended to connecto? Should I use the Lexia interface?
    Can this tools be used to update my smeg unit maps for LATAM? Does it get them automatically or should I get the maps from some repo?
    Is it possible to activate some vehicle settings in the smeg menu? For example, I have the cornering lights working in my car, but I dont have the option to switch it off in the SMEG vehicle options.
    Also i've read in some other forum that when updating the Smeg to the latest 6.4 version a calibration is required. Can it be done with this tool?

    Sorry if I'm asking already discussed questions, I'm in the meantime trying to catch up with as much info as possible.

    Everything you can do with the tool is on the first page.
    Basically, it is an extended version of the Peugeot/Toyota/Opel Updater.
    It is not designed for more in-depth settings.

    Yes, I checked the features, but most of them were referring to the NAC systems and unclear (to me at least) regarding if this is a tool to prepare USB files and SD cards or if these are side functionalities besides direct connection to the NAC/SMEG.
    Also I saw no mention of the calibration required for SMEG units after updating to 6.4. I've checked the SMEG update FAQ post by Mittns but there didnt see any information regarding this calibration process, so thats why I was asking if this is the proper tool or if there is one at all.
    Perhaps the only way to get it is through the official dealership, but unfortunately here in LATAM they dont have the tools nor the interest to update stuff. I've already asked in 4 dealerships if they perform the SMEG update, and they don't (some even told me that this units do not update at all) so it would be a dead end.

    -It's only for Nac/Rcc and not for Smeg.

    -LATAM isn't supportet, only EU countries because there was no need here.

    -Only for updates via usb port, not directly via canbus.

    At the end of the FAQ thread it's mentioned for version ->6.4.A.R10.

    Calibration is nothing more than changing all internal settings (like functions and furnishing) to default.

    You can do it either via Diagbox or via Canbus and Arduino.

    However, I no longer have a Smeg and therefore I don't know the zones but you can do it with diagbox.

    The update to 6.4.A.R10 deactivates and activates functions in the Smeg because there is an error in the update and you have to change it back again.

    So if I'm understanding correctly, the "calibration" is just editing the up_config as you detailed in the SMEG hacking post? So when talking about this calibration process, its actually just these config parametrers being pushed into the unit again? Then I should get a copy of my current config, update and reactivate everything as it was before the update, right?

    I've tried connecting with Diagbox but my SMEG unit is not being recognized (may be my clone interface or the 9.150 version, not sure)

    Correctly.

    This, and some other small databases like config_options.

    I call it "configuration" rather than "calibration".

    Yes, exactly.

    You should of course compare both databases before putting the backup back into the Smeg.

    Just to make sure that the update hasn't added any entries that would then be missing from the old database.
