[3008 II] Visiopark 2 nachrüsten

    Sooo,


    Jetzt finde ich endlich Zeit meinen Umbau auf Visiopark 2 weiterzuführen (mache gerne auch eine bebilderte Anleitung- wenn ich alles fertig habe ;) ). Derzeit habe ich ein kleines Problem mit einem Connector (habe ich noch nie in dieser Variante in meinen Fahrzeugen gesehen). Ich finde keine passenden Buchsenkontakte, die in den Connector passen -> die Frontkamera ist bis zu diesen PINS im Innenraum verdrahtet und müsste nur an das VP2 Steuergerät angeschlossen werden. Ich habe unzählige Stecker und originale Kontakte ( von der "Peugeot Stecker"-Seite-> keiner passt-> alle sind zu groß !!). Anbei einige Fotos-> vielleicht hat jemand so einen Konnektor herumliegen oder kann mir die richtigen Teilenummer zukommen lassen :folded_hands:

    This is my "plan B", but first I´ll try everything to keep the wiring as clean as possible (concerning this I'm a little "MONK") 8o

    Nach intensiver Suche habe ich die passenden PINS gefunden (siehe Foto). Das Kabel von der Frontkamera ist angeschlossen. Voraussichtlich werde ich am Wochenende fertig mit meinem Umbau (Ich habe das VP2 Steuergerät in den Kofferraum verlegt-> ist einfacher zu arbeiten ;) ). Anbei einige aktuelle Fotos

    Der Hardwaremäßige Einbau ist jetzt fertig (anbei einige Fotos). Jetzt muß ich nur mehr alles Codieren ;) . Vielleicht kann mir jemand die relevanten Parameter in der BSI und im NAC zukommen lassen (Was muss ich alles codieren, damit es funktioniert)!? :folded_hands:

    Der relevante Stecker im Kofferraum (PIN 8,16,17) wurde aufgetrennt und das VP2 Steuergerät zwischengeschaltet. Die Verkabelung wurde so gewählt, dass im Bedarfsfall die originale Rückfahrkamera sofort wieder ohne Steuergerät angesteckt werden kann. Dies war die einfachste Option, da ausser dieser (reversiblen) Auftrennung keinerlei weitere Änderungen am bestehenden Kabelstrang durchgeführt werden mussten.

     


    Den CAN Bus kann man an PIN 11 und PIN 12 am PDC Steuergerät am grünen Stecker gut abgreifen. Ich habe einfach die Isolierung etwas geöffnet (ohne das Kabel zu trennen) und die Kabel direkt angelötet.



    Uns so sieht mein Endergebnis aus :)

    looks good 👍 yesterday I pulled the cable from the front camera back to the luggage compartment. after that I didn't have time I also got a schematic drawing how to put them together.

    I think you connected the cables wrong when I look at your pictures.


    I don't think you should touch the white cables from the blue plug, only the colored cables then the 16-17-& 8 cables you have to cut it on the blue plug with then to the new module 11-12-3 the loose cables on the 16 -17 8. that have to go to 6-15-10


    see drawing I also sent you earlier.


    and with the existing parking module. you have to loop 2 cables then the green plug to the new module which I have circled in red

    Don't worry, everything is working fine ;) . What i've done ist the following.


    • I cutted the 3 white wires ( PIN 8, 16, 17) on the side that goes to the reversing camera. So i was able to switch the VP2 unit between the original connection to the NAC (outgoing side of the Blue connector -> Pin 16 ,17).
    • On Pin 8 there is the supply Voltage from the BSI (which is directly connected to the PDC Unit) .
    • I took the supply voltage for the VP2 unit as input (from PIN 8 and use PIN 16 and 17 as output from the VP2 unit (directly th the nac) instead of only the signal from the rear view camera .
    • So I'm able to remove the VP2 (if i sell the car) only by unplugging and closing the original circuit 8o

    I´ve teseted it in the following way:

    • Plugging in the VP2 unit between the cutted section (as described before)-> it's correctly working and does communication with BSI (no error at all)
    • Putting in the reverse gear_> the NAC displays the picture of the rear camera (with the "blue" steering angle)
    • Switching to "D"-> forward -> the nac picture switches to the picture of the front camera (with the "yellow" steering angle)
    • the picture looks strange but actual i can't do the right coding in the nac (because of my defect PDC) but in generell it works correct :thumbs_up:
    • until my new PDC arrives i've plugged the original rear view camera so that i've a litte help for driving help without the "BEEEEEP"

    oh i'm glad to hear that everything works as it should, you did indeed wire it up a little differently than what i have on the drawing but now i understand what you did and sounds good to do it this way too. now I'm going to see how I'm going to do it myself like on the drawing or how you did it. but I need to arrange something else before I can complete it.

    Hier meine Codierung für das NAC (mit dem "Franzosentool")


    WICHTIG: Nach der Codierung in den Fahrzeugeinstellungen einmal die PDC deaktivieren und danach wieder aktivieren, sonst funktioniert es nicht (habe über 1h gebraucht um das herauszufinden 8o )

    Jetzt fahre erst einmal auf Urlaub :palm_tree: , danach geht es weiter mit meinen Umbauten .

    looks good 👍 I also finished everything today connected front camera and replaced navigation with new type. See photos.



    now I think I only have to code the module, the nac is already pre-programmed so my reversing camera works flawlessly only the front camera does not work. So I think the visiopark2 module coderen and then everything should be fine

    Nornally the VP2 module must not be coded :/ ->i would check the conneciton to the frontcamera!! (there should be a picture autoatically without coding). if you´ve DIagbox then you can test the whole system->maybe there's a fault present.
