    Inwiefern fixen?

    Bedeutet es wieder instand zu setzen.

    I have tried update firmware version 21.08.87.32_NAC-r1. However, the unit load the sw until half then stuck at this stage.
    Screen request remove the USB stick, then the screen status "software loading on deman.." until now.
    Would anyone advise me any idea to solve this problem?

    Download the firmware again extract it with Winrar.
    Format the pendrive slow in Fat32 Clustersize 16Kb
    I use for the firmware 4Gb are 8Gb usb2.0 sandisk are kingston

    Hello,
    I have try download agian the firmware and license, change new pendrive (ensure FAT32, 32GB). I also tried to use the "file decompression application" to extract and combine the file into pendrive.
    However, problem remain same.

    By the way, the previous firmware version of this telematic unit is 21.05.90.42_NAC-r0
